                              RESOLUTION NO. 21351
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE DESIGN
                 OF THE 19TH STREET COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW
                 CONTROL FACILITY, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                 ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
                 TWENTY-TWO DOLLARS ($130,222.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
for
       engineering services relative to the design of the 19th Street
       Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Facility, for an amount not 

       to exceed $130,222.00.
